April 1906 -- The city is buzzing with an arrival of the elegant and somewhat mysterious woman who calls herself, "Madame Delaine." So far this reporter has been unable to arrange a private interview with the woman do to her calendar being so full of local men and women who have come to have her share her gift with them. The local law officers have examined her credentials and state she officers no threat to citizens. Watching the petite and elegant woman, whose dress is always the most up-to-date in fashion and modest of style, the sense of mystery is great and, one fears, unanswerable. Madame Delaine has rooms at the city's finest hotel through the end of the week.
