City Desk, -- The city is buzzing with arrival of the elegant and somewhat mysterious woman who calls herself, "Madame Delaine." So far, this reporter has been unable to arrange a private interview with the woman do to her calendar being so full of local men and women who have come to have her share her gift with them. The local law officers have examined her credentials and state she officers no threat to citizens.
